An account with no gameplay, transactions, valid withdrawals or deposits for 12 months is treated as dormant. A monthly administration fee of up to €10 may then be deducted from the balance.
Ceilings and other payment conditions
The €10,000 limit applies per day, with larger withdrawals handled the next day. Refunds are considered only when requested within 24 hours of the transaction and the funds have not been used. The operator may withhold a refund pending identity and payment-method verification.
